Q: How do I receive my product after purchase?
A: Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access all your purchases anytime by logging into your account at store.phinixfire.com and going to My Account → Orders → Downloads.

Q: I completed payment but didn’t receive an email. What should I do?
A: First, check your spam or junk folder — our emails sometimes land there. If it’s not there either, email us at phinixfire@gmail.com with your order number or the email used at checkout. We’ll resend your download link within 2 hours.

Q: How many times can I download my product?
A: Unlimited times, forever. Once you purchase a product, it’s yours for life. You can re-download it anytime from your account.

Q: Can I access my downloads on mobile?
A: Yes! You can download and open your products on any device — phone, tablet, or laptop. PDF files work on all devices with any PDF reader app.

Q: My download link has expired. What do I do?
A: Log into your account at store.phinixfire.com → My Account → Orders and click the download button again. If you’re still having trouble, email us and we’ll sort it out immediately.

Q: I accidentally deleted my file. Can I download it again?
A: Absolutely. Log into your account anytime and re-download your product. There are no limits on re-downloads.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
  • Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge)
  • EMI options on eligible cards

Q: Are your prices in Indian Rupees?
A: Yes! All prices on PhinixFire are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR). No hidden currency conversion charges.

Q: Is it safe to pay on your website?
A: 100% safe. All payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security. We never store your card or UPI details on our servers.

Q: Do you offer EMI on purchases?
A: EMI is available on eligible credit cards through Razorpay at checkout. Check your card issuer’s EMI policy for minimum transaction amounts.

Q: I was charged but didn’t receive the product.
A: This sometimes happens due to payment gateway delays. Please wait 15 minutes and check your email (including spam). If you still haven’t received anything, email us immediately at phinixfire@gmail.com with your transaction ID and we will resolve it within 2 hours.

Q: Do prices include GST?
A: Yes, all listed prices are inclusive of applicable GST. A GST invoice is automatically generated for every purchase.

🔄 REFUNDS & RETURNS

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all products. If you’re not happy for any reason, email us within 7 days of purchase at phinixfire@gmail.com and we’ll refund you in full.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we approve your refund (within 24 hours of your request), the amount is credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Q: I bought the wrong product by mistake. Can I exchange it?
A: Yes! Email us within 7 days and we’ll either exchange it for the correct product or issue a full refund so you can repurchase the right one.

Q: Can I get a refund if I’ve already downloaded the product?
A: We trust our customers. If the product genuinely didn’t meet your expectations or match the description, we will refund you even if you’ve downloaded it. We evaluate each case fairly and honestly.

Q: What format are your digital products in?
A: Most of our products are delivered as PDF files. Some products may include additional formats like ZIP files containing templates, HTML files, or Notion templates. The format is clearly mentioned on each product page.

Q: What software do I need to open the products?
A: For PDF files — any PDF reader works. Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), your phone’s built-in PDF viewer, or any browser. For Notion templates — a free Notion account at notion.so. For HTML templates — any web browser or code editor.

Q: Do the AI prompts work with free ChatGPT?
A: Yes! All prompts in the AI Prompt Bible work with the free version of ChatGPT (GPT-3.5) as well as ChatGPT Plus (GPT-4), Claude, and Google Gemini. You do not need a paid AI subscription to use our prompts.

Q: Are your products updated regularly?
A: Yes! We update our products when significant changes are needed (especially AI-related products as the field evolves fast). All updates are free for existing customers — you’ll receive an email notification when an update is available and can re-download the latest version from your account.

Q: Can I use your products for my clients?
A: Yes. Our standard license allows you to use our products for personal projects and for client work. You cannot resell or redistribute the original product files. See our Terms of Service for full license details.

Q: Are your products available in Hindi or other Indian languages?
A: Currently all our products are in English. We are working on Hindi versions of some popular products. Join our newsletter to be notified when regional language versions launch.

Q: Do you provide GST invoices?
A: Yes. A GST-compliant invoice is automatically generated and sent to your email after every purchase.

Q: I need a GST invoice with my company’s GSTIN. How do I get it?
A: Email us at phinixfire@gmail.com with your:

  • Company name
  • GSTIN
  • Billing address
    We will send you a revised GST invoice within 24 hours.

Q: Is PhinixFire GST registered?
A: Yes, PhinixFire is a GST-registered business in India.

Q: Do I need to create an account to purchase?
A: No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you access your purchase history and re-download products anytime without needing the original email.

Q: How do I create an account?
A: Click “My Account” in the navigation menu and register with your email and a password. It takes 30 seconds.

Q: I forgot my account password. How do I reset it?
A: Go to store.phinixfire.com/my-account → click “Lost your password?” → enter your email → check your inbox for a reset link.

Q: How do I unsubscribe from your emails?
A: Every email we send has an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom. Click it and you’ll be removed from our list immediately. Note: order confirmation and download emails are transactional and cannot be unsubscribed from.
