OUR 7-DAY REFUND GUARANTEE

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@store.phinixfire.com within 7 days of purchase
  2. Use the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”
  3. Include your order number and the email address used for purchase
  4. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking account used for purchase).

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request it within 7 days of your purchase date
  • The product did not match the description on the sales page
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing or downloading the product
  • You accidentally purchased the wrong product

SITUATIONS WHERE REFUNDS MAY NOT BE ISSUED

We reserve the right to decline refunds in the following situations:

  • The refund request is made more than 7 days after purchase
  • You have downloaded the product and it matched the description provided
  • The request appears to be an attempt to obtain the product for free
  • You have violated our Terms of Service

DUPLICATE PURCHASES

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, please contact us immediately at phinixfire@gmail.com and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you are unable to download your product due to a technical issue on our end, we will either fix the issue immediately or issue a full refund at your preference. Please contact us at support@store.phinixfire.com and we will resolve it within 24 hours.
