  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY

All products sold on PhinixFire are digital products delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a secure download link. Download links are available in your account under “My Orders” at any time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct before completing your purchase.

  1. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE

When you purchase a digital product from PhinixFire, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or commercial projects.

You MAY:

  • Use the product for your own personal projects
  • Use the product for client projects (templates, prompts, scripts)
  • Modify the product for your own use
  • Use AI prompts to generate content for personal or commercial purposes

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the digital product files with others
  • Upload the product to file-sharing websites or torrent sites
  • Claim the product as your own creation
  • Offer the product as a free download on any platform
  • Resell the product as a standalone product without significant modification

Violation of these terms may result in legal action under Indian copyright law.

  1. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices on our store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your purchase will be honored regardless of subsequent price changes.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

  1. GST AND TAXATION

PhinixFire is GST registered. A GST invoice will be issued for all purchases. If you require a GST invoice with your business GSTIN, please email us at phinixfire@gmail.com with your order number and GSTIN within 7 days of purchase.

All digital products sold on PhinixFire are the intellectual property of PhinixFire. Our products are protected by Indian and international copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our digital products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we strive to ensure all products are accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees regarding:

  • The completeness or accuracy of information in our products
  • Results you may achieve from using our products
  • Compatibility with all software or devices

Results from using our products depend entirely on your individual effort, skills, and circumstances.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, PhinixFire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
